Do not order from this seller!!!! Product is altered and they will NOT refund your money!! I purchased a 32oz bottle of Kerahair from JBPSHOP 2 weeks ago. The safety seal was broken and the product did not work at all! I've used this product for the last 2 yrs and always got terrific results, when cosmetologist ordered it directly from Bionaza, but unfortunately, this time we made the terrible mistake of trying to save money and ordered it from JPSHOP. My hair dresser applied it exactly the way it had been done for the past 2 yrs. I waited a few days to wash my hair, NO RESULTS! My hair was still curly at the roots and frizzy. Not silky and shiny as it had been in the past.I then asked my 21 yr old daughter to try it on her hair as well to see if she got different results, as she has also been using Kerahair for the last 2 yrs. PRODUCT DID NOT WORK AT ALL on her hair either!When the product was being applied it smelled differently, Very light fumes upon blow drying and flat ironing. Definately not the same concentration as the original product we ordered directly from Bionaza in the past.I emailed and called JPBSHOP twice in an attempt to get this resolved. I offered to return the unused portion so that they may test it themselves. I offered to be reimbursed only for the unused product amount. I didn't even request a full refund. I offered for them to send me a new unaltered bottle of Kerahair and I'd return the one I had. They denied all of my requests and refused to resolve the issue.My daughter and my cosmetologist have also called this company in an attempt to have this resolved to no avail. They refuse to make things right by their clients. It's the worst customer service I've ever encountered. It has been a horrible experience. I WILL NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM JBPSHOP!!!!
