it would be great if it where one size bigger (or I was one size smaller)... fits good (cut and lengths of arms and shoulders, just not around the waist), inside is warm, material is water resistant but NOT water proof... does seem to keep the wind out good, the Omni heat works well... I also bought the warm dot II fleece, another great item, and it fits great
